We felt at home here and plan to come back. Our separate two-bedroom apartment was very clean and had enough dishes. Since the hotel sits down an alley, it was quiet and away from traffic noise. The door is always locked, which made us feel safe about the kids being able to get out. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were easy to reach whenever we needed something. They also helped us arrange transportation. It's a perfect place for families.

For the price, this place is really good value. They clean the room every day, and the owners are kind and happy to help with whatever you need. We even extended our stay by one more night because of that. Hot water and breakfast are included.

The owner, Hoolio, was a great host. When we arrived in Cusco without knowing how to sort through all the eating, touring and adventure options around the city, he took plenty of time to explain them. There was no pushy sales pitch like you'd get from hotel concierges trying to earn tour company commissions. The place itself is lovely, clean and comfortable, and breakfast is included. We had a double room with a shared bathroom, but the hotel's layout made it feel almost like our own, and it was discreet and very clean. Couldn't recommend it more.

I got such a good rest here before and after my trek. It felt homely, and the owners were warm and welcoming, which made it a nice choice for traveling solo. The center is an easy walk away.
