The front desk staff were attentive and helpful with our needs, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but delicious. It was a great place for the price, and I'll definitely come back when I'm in Cusco.

A sister hotel in town sent us here when they were full, and we were glad they did. The area is quieter, though the main drag is still an easy walk away, and Yuraq is a great restaurant just down the road. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a really good hot shower. The staff were lovely and made everything feel easy and comfortable.

We stayed three nights and found the place cozy, with a good location and really friendly people. Only letdown was the avocado toast on the breakfast menu. It was never available.

I didn't stay. I canceled and went to another hotel, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff member I dealt with was friendly, though she didn't speak English. Getting there was a pain because taxis wouldn't go around to the rear entrance, so I had to walk. Our rooms weren't ready. The listing and website show a restaurant, but there isn't one, and there's no room service either. They do provide breakfast. There was no parking, and the doors were locked after we entered. The area didn't feel safe to me, and you'd need a taxi to go elsewhere for food. There was also a lot of noise nearby: armed police and military next door, an adjoining hospital with ambulances coming and going, and an elementary school and play yard beside the rooms. The neighborhood was super loud.
