The second floor seemed to be coming apart, and the whole place smelled of rotten wood. It was extremely dirty and expensive on top of that. I remember ringing the bell for 35 minutes before anyone came down to open the door. Very bad service. I went back a while ago.

I felt at home here with my three-year-old. The rooms were clean, and the place is near the Plaza de Armas. It’s a very welcoming place to stay.

They charged me $20 for one night and wouldn't give me a receipt. They didn't ask for my name or any identification. I really can't recommend this place to foreign tourists.

A good place to rest for a good price. The only issue was that the wifi barely reached the room.

The room was comfortable and the price was reasonable. It's close to downtown Tumbes.
