My room had no proper ventilation, and its only window was too high for me to open. There was also a smell from the sewage system. When I asked reception to move me, I was told there were no other rooms available, so I had to spend the night there. A room like that feels like storage, not somewhere guests should pay full price to stay. I’d suggest staying elsewhere unless you like feeling as if you’re slowly suffocating from the carbon monoxide in your own breath.

It’s in a great location, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re hoping to get some rest. The room was small, though the bed was comfortable. I could hear everyone going up and down the hall, and the toilet was noisy too.

The rooms were neat and tidy, close to the Plaza and the nightlife. Breakfast ends at 9, which is weird, and the prices felt a bit expensive. The service wasn’t as good.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very clean and close to the main square, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The person looking after breakfast was polite and helpful. Thanks, we’d definitely recommend this hotel 😎
