My only issue was people dragging luggage down the stairs at 5 am. We booked a room away from the stairs on our second stay and it made things much better, so I'd recommend doing that to cut down on noise. We loved the spacious, well-done rooms and the way they've kept the building's old spirit while adding warm, modern updates. Loved this place and would stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely updated, and we enjoyed our brief stay. The hotel is close to the city center and a short drive from the airport. Staff were generally helpful and friendly, although the breakfast waitstaff could be inattentive at times. My wife and I didn't notice the noise problems other reviewers mentioned.

We had a bag mix-up at the airport when our luggage went with the wrong group, but the hotel and a friendly traveler helped sort it out quickly. The restaurant was very good, and the rooms were great, with amazing beds and pillows. City noise was loud, with dogs, music and fireworks, but earplugs let us sleep like babies. The hotel is in a relatively nice part of town, though it's striking to see dilapidated buildings right next to such a nice place. A great experience in Cusco!

We had a very enjoyable five nights here, split between before and after our Inca Trail hike. The rooms were clean, nicely presented and had great amenities. We loved the live music, food and cocktails at Happy Hour. It's close to the city centre but quiet enough, and we'd definitely come back.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fruit, pastries, cured meats, and omelets made to order. The rooms were clean and the beds really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. A fantastic stay.
