Casa Saphi

The room had a TV, a comfortable bed, and a clean, perfectly adequate bathroom. It also had a quiet oil heater, which I used on a few cold nights. There was no outside view from my room, just a frosted window beside the bed looking onto an internal roof. If I came back, I'd ask whether there was a room with an exterior window. I spent about a week here in June 2024 and found it excellent value. I've stayed everywhere from Four Seasons hotels to hostels, and Casa Saphi hit a sweet spot for price and what I needed. It's just above the center, far enough from the bustle for a good night's sleep. The hotel was sweet, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The two women running it work hard and have the right approach. Highly recommend.

The girls who work here are lovely and helpful, and we'll definitely book Casa Saphi again. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the guest kitchen was fully equipped. Our clean bathroom was well stocked, and the cozy, clean room had all the facilities we needed, including A/C, a mini fridge, and a kettle for making tea without leaving the room. The location was good too, with restaurants and stores around and the plaza just a few minutes away on foot. We loved our stay, and it exceeded our expectations.

Anthony was great. He fitted me in at the last minute, then kept my belongings safe after I left them behind until I could return to collect them. The hospitality, understanding, and care were excellent, and my room was clean and cozy.

The service was thoughtful and everything was very clean. They provided coca and muna tea, packed breakfast for days when we had trips, and beautiful rooms. We stayed in the top room, which had a jacuzzi and felt cute and romantic. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.
