If luxury isn't what you're after, this place works well. It's well located, and breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. The showers really do have hot water. I've stayed twice, and whenever I go to Cusco, I come back here.

It's cozy and nice, with restaurants and shops nearby and an easy walk to the center. Breakfast could be better. Sunday's breakfast was decent.

The staff were really attentive, and the room was comfortable with all the amenities. The sheets, towels, and bedding were very clean, too. The hotel itself is lovely. My one issue was the noise: rooms face a shared central area, so loud conversations and other noise carry in.

The room was cramped and the water was cold. There weren't even light bulbs in the room, and renting a hair dryer costs 8 soles. They don't bring towels up, so you have to fetch one yourself because the receptionist can't come upstairs. They only give you one, and the welcome was just as poor.
