The staff were the best part of my four nights at Hotel Usgar. Uri and the young man on the night shift helped with everything, from last-minute needs to suggestions for food and things to do. The location is great, the bedrooms are very nice, and the prices are decent. I got a discount through a third-party site. Breakfast was decent too. A friend had recommended the hotel, and now I see why. I’d love to return. Thank you so much!

The chef was really friendly and even offered to make breakfast after serving had ended when I arrived late one morning. Breakfast was superb, with eggs cooked to order and ready quickly. My room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, and the town centre was just a short walk away.

We stayed four nights and will be back. Our room had a loft and plenty of space for four people. The courtyard was beautiful, and the area in San Pedro felt clean, quiet, and safe. Breakfast was a lovely extra, with very attentive staff.

We felt at home straight away, especially thanks to the really welcoming staff, including Yuliana. Our room was big and comfortable, and the price was great for what we got. The included breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Cusco. Thank you! 🥰☺️
