Thanks for hosting us. The people were welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean, the hot water worked, and the location was pretty good. Good value for money, though breakfast could be better.

A complete mess, with more than ten people waiting to check in and nobody seeming to take responsibility. I had booked a bed in a shared room through HostelWorld, and they confirmed it, but when I showed up they said there was nothing available. I was left to sort things out myself. Terrible.

We got there at 5 a.m. without a reservation, but they let us in and took us straight to our room so we could sleep. The room was cleaned daily. The shower gets warm once you figure out how to use it, and breakfast was good. Friendly staff, too. Compare the prices there with Booking.com and Hostelworld.

I wouldn't stay here again. Things were fine until we asked for the bill and invoice to cancel the service. The bill didn't match the amounts listed on Booking.com, and I can't tell whether that was a mistake or intentional. The invoice they gave us also had completely wrong amounts, and they still haven't fixed it. During the last few days, they kept moving us between rooms when new guests arrived and apparently needed ours because they were more convenient.
