The front desk guy was a good person, but being told to leave before 10am caught me off guard. That's a little early for me. I rushed to get ready and forgot an important facial massage item, which I'll probably never get back. I know it was my mistake, but I'm really sad about it. The hostel itself was good, but the room was soooo cold. Breakfast and an airport shuttle bus weren't included, and I hadn't realized checkout was at 10am.

It's a quiet, comfortable place where you can get a good rest. Plaza de Armas is about a 10-minute walk away.

It's alright, though getting dropped right at the entrance by car isn't possible, so don't bring too much luggage.

The receptionists were very friendly, the shower was good, the internet connection acceptable, and the mattresses comfortable. But the photos don't match what you find: the rooms are damp and extremely cold, with only a tiny heater, and the place is at the bottom of a hill. I'd only recommend it in summer, since it's not equipped for Cusco's cold. Honestly, the price is too high for the quality. I'd look elsewhere, or at least find something cheaper.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and the place was very clean. Hot water all day, comfortable beds, breakfast included, a garden, massage room, shower curtain, Wi-Fi... The rooms are cold, as is typical in Peru at this price range.
