The staff were friendly, but the rooms felt cramped and had hardly any amenities. There were no towels or shampoo, there was black mold in the bathroom, and noise from around the hotel carried straight into the room.

The location was very good and the double room was a great price, but I wouldn't say it was worth it. The bathroom ceiling had mold; since it was late, we decided to stay anyway. Then we found dirty bed linen, a lamp that didn't work, and a room door that couldn't be locked from inside. Flushing the toilet also left a little water on the floor. There was nobody at reception then. At checkout, I raised all of this, but the receptionist laughed, kept saying it couldn't be true, and wouldn't come look. Breakfast was okay. I really can't recommend it.

We spent three nights here and found it really cute. Rosemary, the cleaning crew and the breakfast staff all gave us great service, and breakfast was amazing. Thanks so much for keeping our backpacks for the whole day after checkout.

We planned on three nights but left after just one. The location was good and the shower was hot, but the hostel was disappointing otherwise: no heating, mold in the bathroom, dirty floors and a very small breakfast.
