For the price, it was good. We only had cold water, but that was okay.

The rooms are small but fine, and breakfast is good. It’s well located, and Hermelina is an incredibly nice woman. The receptionist, though, has a terrible attitude. Lately she hasn’t even greeted us, and she’s rude.

The place is clean, and they clean the rooms every day, but I found hairs that weren’t mine on my pillow. The shower took almost 15 minutes to heat up, and we changed rooms because of the noise. The toilet flush didn’t work, and the entrance bell kept ringing and waking me up.

A lovely place with lovely people, just a few blocks from San Pedro market. We were treated really well, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff took great care of us. They also offer tours at the hotel.

The showers were great, and the breakfast was delicious and made just for us. Gardenia and Hermelinda gave spectacular service and were truly so friendly. It’s three blocks from San Pedro market and five from Plaza de Armas.
