The location made it easy to enjoy the festivates in the Plaza de Armas, get to shops and money exchanges, and meet bus tours and activities, all without being right on the square and dealing with its noise. It's a minute's walk from lots of restaurants, including my favourites, Mare, Kushka, Morena, and Ukllay, and there's a bakery next door. Shops tend to stay open late, so buying water was easy. I was there for four nights with my mom, and the breakfast was handy: eggs, bread, plenty of fresh fruit, tea, and coffee. The staff were kind and generous when I called with several issues before the trip, helping me sort things out. They lock the front gate at night, but there's a doorbell and a staff member is always available to let you in, which made us feel safe. Our room was a bit small, and lobby activity late in the evening could be heard from it. Still, for the price and location, this was a great find, and I give it five stars for the service, safety, breakfast, and ideal location.

The rustic charm, friendly service, included breakfast, and central location were the good parts, though being so central also meant noise. I stayed five nights and got hot water on just one of them. The room was quite noisy too, with traffic and creaky floorboards, and the Wi-Fi could be better organized as one network for the whole building.

I liked the hotel overall, but there was that mold smell again. Seems like shower ventilation fans aren't a thing in the sacred valley.

The facilities were basic and breakfast choices were limited, but the food was really good and the place had traditional charm. The location is superb, just a one-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. They also replied quickly and helpfully on whatsapp, which made planning and coordination a breeze.

The staff were really helpful and nice, and the free breakfast was pretty good. My bed was decent, and I had a nice view from the room. I stayed here about two years ago and loved that it's just steps from the city center, with a historic feel to the hotel. But traffic got very loud at night, and the windows weren't soundproof, so I wish I'd brought earplugs. The shower temperature wasn't steady either, it could suddenly get very hot.
