The rooms are small but very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was okay and the price was good. Some rooms get a little noisy in the morning, depending on where you are.

The staff made this stay for us. They kept us updated on each day's itinerary after arranging all our tours, and even put together a quick breakfast when we had to leave at 5am. Everyone was friendly and ready to sort out any problems. We had a really nice time here. Highly recommend it, one of the best!

What stood out was how hard the staff tried to make us feel welcome, even with our language gap. We didn't speak Spanish and she knew little English, but she kept smiling and found ways to help. The night shift young man did his best too. We had two real problems: the Wi-Fi was out all night, and our room got such poor mobile reception that contacting our carrier was difficult. Also, the water pressure kept changing, and there was no hot water when we got up for our 2am tour.

I liked this little place enough to turn a two-night booking into a two-week stay. The staff were lovely, it was clean, and the location was good.

We were glad they let us leave our bags there for three days. The rooms are spacious, but the towels were old and grey when they should be white. The two men who greeted us came across as cold and abrupt. One didn't even look up from his phone while speaking to us. Maybe he was shy, or maybe just had poor manners, I couldn't tell.
