The location and amenities were great, and the room was spacious and practical. I loved the bed, pillows, linens, and towels, though I'd prefer washcloths and regular bath towels over the heavy bath sheets. Guest slippers would be a nice touch, like at your Miraflores hotel. The WiFi was slow. Service felt first class, especially from the front desk, bellmen, bartender Jesus, housekeeping team members Abdias and Patricia, and the guest request runners, who were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Luis and Carlos made a very delicious guacamole for my omelette.

We were there for two nights with a tour group, and our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel could use some updating. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked more fresh fruit and hot soup. Most of us were a bit thirsty at that altitude.

The rooms are roomy and the staff are friendly, especially joachin, who made us great cocktails 😂. It's set up for groups, but still feels friendly. Breakfast was great too.

The restaurant food and breakfast were both great. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and a good price. The staff were helpful, and they even stored our bags for two days while we walked to Machu Picchu.

The restaurant is good, and live music at breakfast was a lovely touch. The hotel is across the street from Centro Artsanal market and just a short walk from the main plaza.
