Hotel Mamasara

The welcoming staff and owner made me feel at home. I loved the soft towels, comfortable beds and homey rooms, along with the luxurious feel of the place. It’s a beautiful pearl tucked into a historically chosen location. The six-story building is discreetly set in a very convenient spot, with lovely views of the local mountains while you have breakfast.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and smiling, and the service was at a high level. The interior was elegant, and the rooms were clean, with fresh towels and bedding every day. It’s in a very good, peaceful and quiet location. If I ever come to this city again, I’ll definitely stay here. I recommend it.

A clean, comfortable hotel with good-sized rooms and a solid budget option. The staff were friendly, though they barely spoke English. The main problems were the low shower head, which I couldn’t fit under, and water temperature that kept changing, though I could eventually get it working. The mattress was very worn and uneven. The lobby got noisy in the early evening and there was no sound insulation, so sleeping early was impossible. That’s a problem when excursions often require waking up at 3-4am. Breakfast was very basic.

The rooms were clean and good, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast could be better, and they only put one roll of toilet paper in the room at a time. Checkout at 9am was early and annoying, but overall it was good.
