The staff were rude. They blamed me for the lack of hot water, saying I didn't know how to turn the handle, then quickly tried to sell me a tour.

The price is good and it's a very good place to stay. senior Lenin and his wife are lovely and helpful, and Senior Lenin has a very good Turist Company. I really recommend using his service!

Terrible service. The remote was broken, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall connecting to another room. The man raises tour prices, the woman is unpleasant, and the man wouldn't open the door for us. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The bathrooms had no water, and turning on the lower taps made the toilets overflow. I asked the staff for help, but nobody came. They also refused to provide a towel or toilet paper, even after I asked. Terrible service, and I don't recommend this place.
