The service was good!

It's a small hotel with only a few rooms, and the rooms have what you need to be comfortable, though space is tight. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included but limited.

The service was very good, the location excellent, and breakfast delicious. The room is small and the bathroom has no ventilation. The pillows are a little firm.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the simple breakfast was good and tasty. Most of the staff were excellent, proactive, attentive, kind, and humble, doing what they could to help. Sadly, I had a bad experience, made worse by the recommendation from Perou Magique, a great travel agency that made a poor hotel recommendation. When we arrived, there was no double room available, so we stayed in a twin room. Once a double room opened up, hotel staff offered to move our bags there while we were out early on a tour. When we returned, my new suitcase was badly cracked, and its lock was broken inside. We had to force the zippers open. It was brand new and on its first trip; I had left it intact, without scratches or damage, and locked with its code. By the time we got back, it was unrecognizable. I reported it that day to the employee on duty, who passed it to the administrator. The next day, as I mentioned, the way he treated us was very unpleasant. The following day the owner did the same. Neither gave me any practical help. It's sad to travel abroad and have to deal with this. The agency tried to help by suggesting a solution, but the administrator and owner argued with me and were sarcastic, as if they thought I was lying.
