The common area was a great place to eat or hang out during the day, and the breakfast room had incredible views. Breakfast itself was plain, just eggs, bread with jam, and a choice of tea. The staff were super nice. The location was perfect, very central yet quiet enough to get away from things. The rooms were a little dark, though, and it got absolutely freezing at night. The heat didn't come on until 10 pm, which was the worst part for me. Also, the doorbell needs a better system. Every night I was woken several times by a driver waiting for someone or a guest who'd forgotten their key. Good value for the price, and I'd recommend it to budget travelers.

There's a loud bell for arrivals, and reception is a long way from the front door. At night it can ring several times before someone answers, so it gets really noisy. Both nights I also heard lots of banging from the room above, like hammering, though I'm not sure what was going on. The place itself is nice and in a great location. It's still decent overall if you can handle noise. Bring earplugs if you can't.

The staff are lovely and helpful, and they made me feel at home. I'm very grateful for their help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty, served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view over the historic city center and the majestic mountains behind it. You're within walking distance of bars, restaurants, nightlife, groceries, ATMs, and laundry. It's a wonderful place in the heart of Cusco. I've recommended it to all my friends who visited, and I highly recommend it to you too.

The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, with stunning views over the city and Plaza. Breakfast was amazing every day. They also let us leave our bags while we went hiking. Highly recommended!
