The place looks nice, but it was cold in the rooms and throughout the building. Breakfast was very poor: no bread or eggs, just a few black olives, a little cheese cut into very thin slices, and hot water. The guy said they had reduced the breakfast choices. The place also lacked the basic etiquette you'd expect from a hostel.

For the price, this was an amazing find. I've stayed in six three- and four-star hotels in Cusco over the past two years, and this was easily the nicest. Inside, everything felt fresh, new, high quality, and tastefully done. The water pressure was the best I've had in Peru, and I could adjust it just how I wanted. Our room was very clean and had a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet, tea, and coffee were all great.

The hosts were great, and I'd happily stay here again. This lovely little boutique is tucked into a cute community, with coffee and desserts nearby, a Bodega next door, and shops, groceries, and a mall within walking distance. One tip: bring warm pajamas and ask for hot water. They were very accommodating.

There are some nice restaurants nearby, but the hotel has no private parking. The room was very basic, just a bed and a working bathroom that was pretty worn out. The toilet and shower were cramped, so they might be uncomfortable if you're tall or broad. My ground-floor window looked into the courtyard, and I could hear everyone walking past, especially the concierge going up and down the stairs. I booked online with a card that wasn't charged, and assumed I could pay by card when I arrived. That wasn't possible at this hotel in July 2023, which was a real disappointment. Luckily I had just enough money left, only 20 soles short. Breakfast ran from 6:30 to 8:30, so there wasn't much time to linger.
