Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco

The hotel is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Cusco, with serene courtyards, beautiful rooms, thoughtful design, and real five-star comfort. Its preserved Incan and colonial features sit beautifully alongside the modern luxury. We especially appreciated Gustavo’s tour of the property. He brought its history, architecture, and details to life, and his care and enthusiasm extended beyond the tour. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after. Saul and Fiorella at the front desk were warm, attentive, and sincere, making us feel like returning friends. Josef and the rest of the team were just as attentive and polished, often anticipating what we needed. The service throughout reflected real pride in the place. We left grateful for the people and the experience, and hope to return someday. Unforgettable in every way.

We loved all the courtyards, plants, fountains, water features, and the pool. The suites are large, and oxygen is pumped into the rooms. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff were so attentive. It’s a gorgeous historic property in a wonderful, quiet location, with so much care in the details. Sad to leave. Thank you, Fredy and everyone at Palacio Nazarenas.

They were attentive and managed all my needs, which made the hospitality especially appreciated. I was traveling with my daughter, and we also really enjoyed the delicious food.
