Of the three Cusco hotels we tried at similar prices, this one offered the best value by far. The rooms are roomy, bright, and in good shape, and the decor is quite nice. You can tell they put real effort into making the hotel a pleasant place.

We had already paid, but still spent two hours waiting on the street because no one was there to let us in. We kept calling the listed numbers, and every one was switched off. When Richard, the man running the place, eventually showed up, he was incredibly rude and violent. He also refused to give us the complaints book when we asked. We couldn't stay another night and asked for a refund. This was the worst place to stay.
