The hotel was pleasant and in a good area, with the shopping center within walking distance. But for me, good service also means having the basics work. There was no working bathtub, and the soap was unacceptable.

The room was clean, and the hotel was nicely kept. Desk staff were quick to help with taxis and food delivery. The room stayed far too hot all night, around 78-80, and one bed creaked like an old door whenever you moved. For the price, it was still worthwhile, and hopefully they can sort out those problems.

The rooms were clean and came with nice, extra-warm blankets. The street behind had some good food and culture. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either, and I got around without any trouble.

It's right on main Av. La cultura, close to shopping centers, which is convenient. The downside is that downtown is at least a 20-minute walk away.
