The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was clean. The room was tiny, the hallways were narrow, and smells from the bathrooms in each room traveled through the hallway. It was noisy too, with thin walls, Spanish TV audible every morning at 6, and the doorbell ringing at all hours of the night. I paid extra for a heater each day because nights were so cold, but whenever I came back, it had been turned down or switched off completely. I messaged them asking them not to touch it, but that didn’t help. The tea selection was poor and there was no coffee. Also, don’t take your laundry to the lady next door. She didn’t know how to wash clothes, charged extra for everything, and returned my jackets dirty. Then she cursed me out, grabbed my money and receipt, and showed me the door. She’s a fraud. I should have called the tourist police and reported her services.

The staff were really kind, and we slept well every night. The beds worked great even for tall people, and that shower was the best we've had in two months of travel. A perfect place to stay.

A decent hostel, though the service is basic and it gets too cold at night.

The hotel left me speechless, in the worst way. In Cuzco, with temperatures at 9 degrees, there was no hot water, and the shower looked unclean, with hairs on the walls. As an agency, they were badly organized too. I had to keep chasing them for all the information about the visits, and they didn't give it to me until just a few hours before the Machu Picchu visit. One of the worst places I've seen. Horrible.

It stayed quiet both day and night, and they had hot water in thermoses in the common area all day. Breakfast came early, with bread, and was simple but filling. The rooms were clean and a good size, with towels, a private bathroom, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. The shower had good pressure and hot water. There's no shower curtain, so the floor got wet, but when we mentioned it, they dried it quickly. You can arrive by car from a nearby narrow street that only goes uphill, or take the stairs from the other side. A cozy place overall.
