The location near the Plazas is convenient, but there were several drawbacks. The shower never got hot, and although I reported it at the desk, it wasn't fixed. The entrance gate is often locked, so you have to ring the bell to get in or out. There's no street sign, so look for number 570 and enter the somewhat rundown courtyard. This was the only hotel or hostel in my two weeks in Peru that charged 18% VAT. I understood that tax was for Peru citizens, not foreigners. It raised the price to 133 soles per night, more than comparable places, and breakfast wasn't included as it was elsewhere.

From the rooftop kitchen, there's an amazing view, and the kitchen itself is simple. The owner was kind and helpful, finding bus information for places we wanted to visit and keeping our backpacks while we were away. It's a lovely tucked-away spot in central Cusco. The showers are nice and hot, though you may need to ask, and there are wires for drying clothes. We recommend it!

The owner's really familiar with the city and can share lots of tips. The location is great, and the rooms are big, with a hot shower and a kitchen stocked with the essentials. It's an old building, though, so it can get quite humid.

The price and what you get for it felt well balanced.

Natalí was an excellent host, and this guesthouse is a little gem just steps from downtown Cusco. The place is lovely, with a beautiful view. There are rooms with several beds and a shared kitchen. I highly recommend it.
