Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We were 17 people from Denmark staying in Cusco, and the hotel made our Machu Picchu trip much easier by keeping our luggage for free while we spent a night near the site. When we returned, everything was neatly lined up and ready for us. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
The hotel was lovely, and the location made our Cusco stay easy, close to everything in centro histórico. Each morning there was a wide selection at breakfast, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The breakfast was very good, and the dining area is lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are pretty too. The walls are thin, though, so traffic noise carries in.
We were right in the heart of Cusco, in a lovely building with a very large room. Check-in service was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.
The location is right in the city center, and the rooms were very clean. When I had a dizzy spell from altitude sickness, the staff were proactive, helpful, and took good care of me. Some rooms have carpet and some don’t, so there’s a choice. Rooms on the higher floors have great views, but after long days the climb up can be frustrating. If you expect to spend most of your time in the room, a higher floor could be a good choice.
