Apart Hotel Cuzco

I had a really stressful experience here. Nobody was there to buzz me in, so I was left alone on the street. This isn’t a hotel where the owner is always present, since she comes and goes. When I arrived, she had rented my room to someone else even though I had a booking. They’d also run out of gas, bought a new tank, but couldn’t get it working. In the end she tried to sell me another place for twice the price. The place was run down and dirty too. I don’t know how it has such good ratings, but I’d avoid booking here.
