Inside, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The suites have a safe and jacuzzi. From outside, though, it looked nothing like the photos: the building is small, squeezed between two houses, and didn't make a good impression. There's no elevator, so we had to climb three floors, and room service usually wasn't provided, meaning we had to go down to the bar. The worst part during our visit was that there was no hot water. That's why we left the hotel.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were cool, but the place said it could fit four people when the maximum was really three, with a bunk bed. Our room was on the fourth floor, where the TVs were the worst part: they looked bad and had only two channels, no cable. They also claimed to offer Netflix, but it was only available on the double beds. From outside, it didn’t even look like a hotel, and for the price I don’t think it’s worth it. If you’re alone or with one other person, it could work, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Hot water was always available too. The room was really comfortable, especially the bed, which I liked even more than my old Paraíso mattress.
