The breakfast was big and had lots of choices each day, which worked well while we were in town for work across the road at the golf course. We paid £75 for a spacious room that was clean, comfortable, and had everything working. It was even possible to open a window for the fresh air we like. The staff really made this place stand out, from reception to the breakfast waiters, and especially the doormen. Take a moment to chat with them, they’re lovely and more interesting than you might expect. Juan was especially helpful, well travelled, and full of Top Tips for places to go and things to do. A real credit to the hotel. The one daily annoyance was the awful music at breakfast and in the elevators, with covers so bad they were barely recognizable 😆.

The rooms are huge, though a little dated, and could use better lighting. In the San Isidro area of Lima, this is a good hotel, and the surroundings feel very safe. You can walk or run around in the evening. The breakfast buffet is elaborate, the staff are friendly and speak English, and there's a pool too.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. There are lots of services here, including a pool, conference rooms, a large space for breakfast and dinner, and basement parking. One thing I’d change is the bath clothes used when showering. They should be upgraded to glass or something similar.

It feels safe to walk outside, and the location is perfect. The staff work well as a team and make guests feel welcome. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, thank you. Some areas still have old carpet, and replacing it would make the hotel look much better.
