Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores by IHG

This time, the hotel team and Cafeteria went far beyond what I expected. After emergency dental surgery, I couldn’t eat solid food for four days. They upgraded my room, checked in on what I needed, and even blended food and brought it up to me. I can only remember a few names, so sorry if I’ve missed anyone or spelled something wrong: July, Edwin, Reception supervisor Alfonso, and Ana. I usually stay here when I’m in Lima for work or leisure. It’s generally very good, though a four-star hotel can have the usual little details. Excellent, excellent, just excellent.

The room had everything I needed, and the bed had so many pillows I really liked them. I slept well, and breakfast was good. The service was great too. One thing that bothered me was the poor lighting. I don’t get why hotels don’t put proper lighting in their rooms, especially when LED lights are so cheap to leave on. The restaurant chairs were another issue. I wondered if I’d accidentally been given a child’s chair, it was only about 30 cm high and felt like eating in a squat. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Lima.

The pool view was lovely, and the reception was great. I liked the decorative lobby, especially the big vase of real flowers. The rooms are great, with really comfortable beds, and Lime restaurant was delicious. I’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide selection and delicious food. You could tell care had gone into putting it together. I also found the staff attentive, professional, warm, and efficient, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily recommend it. It’ll be my first choice next time I visit Lima. Thanks for a memorable stay.
