We got back from Machu Picchu very late at night after a reservation fell through and several other searches failed. The receptionist was accommodating right away, so we stayed a second night too. The staff anticipated what we needed, and it was a great option for Cusco. We had a king bed, which was a nice surprise, and towels and breakfast were included. Hot water came through straight away in both the sink and shower. One thing to keep in mind: last-minute bookings in Cusco can be tricky since many places don’t have up-to-date availability, so try calling ahead.

For the price range, everything was okay, but the hot water was inconsistent.

The place was clean, and they were really accommodating. I’d definitely recommend it!

The location was the one bright spot, but dealing with the staff was awful. I’d asked for an invoice when booking. At checkout they said the internet was down and promised to send it on WhatsApp, but nothing came through and their phones were switched off. I went back and was told the manager wasn’t there and to return later. That cost me the whole day and I missed my tour. I had to make two more trips before they finally handed over the invoice. Think carefully before booking here.

They made the stay feel like home, and were always attentive and helpful. Thanks for looking after the little details.
