The place was noisy and not very clean, and it didn’t provide the amenities it advertised. There are plenty of other hotels in Cusco with much better accommodations for the same price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hot showers were good. It’s nicely placed between Plaza de Armas and San Blas. The rooms were clean, and I’d suggest a rooftop one since they get lots of light. Breakfast was okay for the price, though the plates were absurdly small, maybe to discourage you from taking too much.

Being close to Cusco’s main square is a good point, but the rooms were dirty, with dirty sheets. On our last day they didn’t give us toilet paper or towels. Terrible.

Being close to the Plaza de Armas in Cusco is the good part. The bathrooms don’t work, though, and the staff didn’t seem to be doing anything about it.
