We spent 4 nights here. The manager was cheerful, humble, and helpful, which made us happy and helped us overlook the downsides. The hotel was excellent for a 3 star place, with very clean rooms and foyer and perfect wifi. The location wasn't that great, though it depends what you're after. Our room was never cleaned, maybe we needed to ask, and breakfast was included but never offered, maybe we needed to request it. I wanted to give 5 stars for the lovely manager, but being honest is the only way to help them improve.

They gave us a lovely welcome, and the staff were friendly. The bedrooms were okay, the wifi was okay too, and there was hot water.

We loved staying here in 2003, when we came to visit Machu Picchu.

I had a terrible stay because there was no water at all, even though it's a basic service. When I raised it, all they told me was to wait. Nobody fixed it or offered another option, and I had to leave with the problem still unresolved. The management showed no real care for the issue or respect for the customer. I can't recommend this place.
