Wakapunku Boutique Hotel

I was bitten by a dog while walking in the street and came back limping, with blood running down my leg. Camille was so kind and calm, knew what to do, and called an ambulance for a private clinic/urgent care centre. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique place and very comfortable, an easy walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough.

We left our luggage here for four days while we went to the Amazon, and it felt completely secure. Camila was so helpful over WhatsApp, spoke incredible English, and gave us great recommendations. The room was a good size, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with good laundry options nearby. It's about a five-minute walk from the main plaza. For the price, it was amazing value, like paying for a private hostel room but getting a far better experience. Super comfortable and safe, highly recommend.

When we had early starts and couldn't make breakfast, they packed it in paper bags for us, which was a lifesaver. We also loved having coca tea available all the time. Camila welcomed us so warmly, answered questions quickly, and shared lots of local knowledge. Wakapunku Boutique Hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of character. It's close to everything but still peaceful. Staying here was a big part of what made Cusco memorable for us. Highly recommend for the comfort, charm, and caring staff.

The whole hotel was clean and quiet, which was surprising given how close it is to the main areas. Camila was a wonderful host and helped with everything we needed. Breakfast was really tasty and a great start to the day. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back.
