The bus station was just a five-minute walk away, and Plaza de Constitution was about five minutes on foot too. This little hotel is clean, well priced, and has friendly service. Since it's right in the city, there was traffic noise until around 10 p.m., then it got quieter.

It's a comfortable enough room, though a little basic, and the price is good. The location is great, close to everything, and it worked well as a place to rest while exploring the city.

I got used to managing without an elevator, though I do wish the hotel had one. Otherwise, everything was good.

I found the rates reasonable, and the bed was comfortable. The room also had a large TV, internet, room service, a desk, and a wardrobe. The facilities are good and the staff are friendly, but the detailed cleaning could be better: the sheets need changing more carefully, and there was some dampness on the bathroom ceiling. The location is the main draw for me, close to the center, the main square, Open Plaza, and Real Plaza, with easy walks or transport around town. If they improved the thorough cleaning, I'd be happy to stay here regularly.
