There are lots of stairs to climb, and the hotel is old and far from the historic area. The beds and pillows are hard. I won't stay here again.

The room was cozy and very clean, and they kept it cleaned regularly during our four-night stay. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, though the bar didn't offer much variety. It's a little far from the city.

The room was freezing, and the water was just as cold, so sleeping and showering were both impossible. I do appreciate how hard the staff worked, though.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even explained how coca leaves are used and their history. We found shops and a supermarket just a few blocks away, and the hotel is close to the airport and stadium. Our room was comfortable and clean. The shower took a while to get hot, and walking to the main plaza took about 40 minutes, so a taxi or Uber was easier. We stayed here for our first few nights in Cusco.

The owner said the cold water was a new problem, but after I read the comments on hotel.com, I realized it wasn’t new.
