The Wi-Fi was terrible, and even music kept cutting out. The bathroom had a trick to get it working, the old TV was only 14 inches, and the water was lukewarm at best or cold, with no hot water. That's a problem in a province over 2,000 meters above sea level. The staff made the stay feel poor, and the value for money just isn't there. There are better places closer to the center, and the area is dark at night.

The staff were professional and had a real sense of community, and the accommodations were peaceful and very pleasant. We left with a great impression and really want to come back soon. Keep up the good work, and best of luck!

The carpet in the rooms was filthy and smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep. I arrived to find a huge scratch, and the water heater wasn't working properly: it's directly connected, so the water came out scalding hot. Cleanliness especially needs a lot of improvement. The hotel was the only one open, so I had to stay there. 🙄

I loved it and would happily come back. The place is welcoming, with green areas, and it's clean, safe, and eco-friendly. The staff were professional and the service was top-notch. First-class accommodations at a super affordable price, highly recommended.
