Hotel Agape

The bathrooms were uncomfortable and flooded during showers, leaving the floor wet and creating a risk of slipping. The facilities need a lot of work. Service was very poor and unprofessional. The woman working there and the young woman with her acted unethically, quoting one price and then raising it without justification. It seems to happen often, since I'm not the first person they've done this to.

The rooms were awful for the price: small, with a broken bathroom that soaked the whole floor, and water even got into the room. The receptionist is a scammer. She quotes one price and then raises it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I don't recommend this deplorable place. Awful, awful. 😠

It's a very basic hotel, and the rate may be too high for what's offered. The pillows were hard, there's no elevator, and a fourth-floor room could be difficult for many people. Breakfast is just two small rolls and a coffee. A lot needs improving, and I think other hotels offer more at the same price.

I was in Huancayo for two days of work, and the photos made the hotel look nice. The only good thing was the hot water. My first room flooded after a shower because the installation was badly done, and they moved me to a super small room with a cramped bathroom. The toilet was just 20 cm from the wall. The bathrooms were tiny, the rooms dusty, and the toilets weren't fixed to the floor, so they moved around easily. The cleaner didn't leave a towel, so I went down to ask for one. They gave me one with holes, then replaced it with another that had even more holes and was torn. Overall, there's a lot to improve, and the price isn't worth it.
