It's a pleasant, clean place with air conditioning, and the owner was very helpful. The manager gave me great directions around Trujillo, which I really appreciated. It's a short way from the main square, and I'd recommend it for either business or tourism.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, which was the one bright spot. On the fifth floor, water leaks left the bathroom floors constantly wet, and the beds were very uncomfortable.
