A modern, mice hotel, and the breakfast was good.

The manager helped sort out an issue with empathy and attentiveness. She seemed very kind, though I never met her in person since everything was handled over the phone. The reception staff who checked us in for my work trip weren't very friendly at first. The hotel is cozy and peaceful, with spacious, comfortable rooms. There's no pool or garden area to relax in, but it's still a good place to unwind. Breakfast is pleasant and adequate, if not extensive. I'd recommend staying here.

The staff were so helpful, and I was especially glad they answered my WhatsApp message quickly when I had nowhere lined up to stay. They had plenty of availability and helped me out. My room was clean, quiet, and free of dampness, and everyone was friendly. I really enjoyed the stay ❤️

I always choose this hotel when I visit Trujillo. The staff are lovely and helpful, the location is good, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is just average, but the stay is a very good one.
