The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and having a tour agency on site was a nice extra. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, while the staff were helpful and friendly. It felt luxurious without costing a fortune, and it’s close to the city square and lots of attractions.

The room was comfortable and nice, and the location was great, under five minutes from Plaza de Armas. Everything else was perfect, but I was surprised that an extra piece of bread with marmalade at breakfast cost extra at a hotel of this standard.

The rooms themselves were nice, but there was no air conditioning and the breakfast was awful. When we arrived, nobody was at reception, and when we went inside to find someone, they seemed annoyed that we’d come in. The worst part is the club on the top floor. At 10:16 pm as I write this, the bass and music coming from directly above us are absurd. The listing never mentioned a disco overhead. With service like this, I don’t see the hotel lasting long.

QASA was a very good experience for me and my family. We stayed four days, and the staff were kind and helpful. Since we had an early flight and wanted to rest before going into the city, the front desk let us check in early at no extra cost. They explained the free tea service and that breakfast in the restaurant was included each morning. Our rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the night maids even left cookies for us before bed. We enjoyed breakfast every day and tried different dishes from the varied menu, with options for lots of tastes, including eggs, avocado toast, avoine, fresh fruit and nuts, and a French toast style dish my mom and abuelita loved. The fresh juice made from whatever local fruit was in season that day was RIQUISIMO. It could take longer than Americans might expect, but it’s a small kitchen with a small staff, so we planned an hour to eat. They also brought us extra treats while we waited, so it was no big deal. The hotel feels modern, bright, clean, and new, having opened only a couple of years ago. I often read in the outdoor seating area during my free time because the weather was immaculate, and we also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar. I read some one-star reviews and wondered how their experiences could be so different from mine. Some complaints sounded like they might come from a language barrier or a misunderstanding. The staff treated us so well and deserve the credit.

Good value for the price, with clean rooms, friendly people, and a great breakfast. They prepared breakfast for me to take along when I had to leave early. I also got cookies at night. The hotel is heated and has elevators.
