It isn't open to the public as a hotel or hostel anymore. A private company now rents the place to house its workers, so you can't book it as a tourist accommodation. Only employees or people authorized by the company can stay there. Services may have changed too, and it might no longer offer meals, daily cleaning, or the usual hotel customer service.

The neighborhood was quiet, there was no noise, and it was easy to get to. We had a cozy room with all the listed amenities, and the receptionist was warm and helpful. Really lovely place, with excellent service.

For my second visit, we paid 80 soles, which seemed fair. Prices change depending on the date. It's a good place to rest in Huaral. My first room was tiny and hard to move around in, but the room I got the second time was comfortable and nice, up on the 4th floor.

We ended up not staying. There were four adults, a baby, and a child in my family, and when we asked for a double room for my partner and the baby plus a twin room for my partner and their child, they tried to charge extra for each child. They said each room was only for two people. This place might suit solo travelers or couples, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with children or larger groups.
