The rooms feel dated, though they were comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure. WiFi kept cutting out in the bedroom. The buffet in the photo looked “impressive,” but I wasn’t especially impressed by it. The owner, an older gentleman, seemed unwelcoming at first, then apologized later. He was okay 👍. The location is hard to beat, right on the corner of Plaza de Armas in the city center.

It’s right by Plaza Major, so getting around the city is easy. The WiFi worked and the shower was nice and warm. There’s no elevator, which I think would be a good addition. I’d give it five stars and come back, even to wait out my fear of heights.

The receptionist was friendly, and the location is central. The hot shower was good, but the place looked less polished in person than it does in the pictures. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and room 402 gets the thumping music from what must be a nearby club. That isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s not a peaceful room.

The location is really convenient, and the rooms are basic. Breakfast was good and there was hot water. The staff didn’t handle disagreements respectfully, though, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We got in on the night bus early in the morning, and they let us into the room then. It was dark.
