They promised hot water, but there was no water at all. When it did come on, it was completely cold. We complained at reception, but they didn't care and wouldn't move us to another room or fix it. The place was really dirty, too. Don't stay here!

They wait until after you've paid to tell you there’s no Wi-Fi and that hot water is only available for half the day, even though you ask what’s included beforehand. When they offer a fix, they do so reluctantly, despite it being part of what you paid for. Asking for a refund so you can move somewhere else before checking in also leads to objections and hassle.
