The breakfast up in the 7th floor atrium was the most memorable hotel experience I’ve ever had. BREATHTAKING. They also have secure parking on the first floor and an ultra-modern ELEVATOR, plus wonderful staff. I’ve visited 47 countries, and Ecuador will be #48. Climber, motorcyclist, or overlander with a rig? Need an elevator? STAY HERE! Ignore negative reviews!

Breakfast is included 🙌🏻, and the rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. I loved the service, and the view is great. Definitely a hotel with the 3 B's.

The front desk staff were friendly, and that was the one thing I appreciated. The stay itself was awful. Our room had no window or natural light, and no hand towel; when I asked, they said they couldn't provide one. They also never cleaned it, even after we requested it. The shower had no hot water, a real problem in cold Huaraz. They told us to let it run until it warmed up, but it never did. There wasn't even a mat or towel to step onto afterward. And they wouldn't honor the Expedia reservation rate, saying it was high season. One of the worst places I've stayed.

I've stayed here twice and found the rooms roomy and comfortable both times. Traffic noise is barely noticeable, so I was able to sleep well. The service was excellent.
