We stayed here before and after hiking the Huayhuash circuit. The larger room was great for getting ready for the hike and drying our clothes afterward. The small one is just too tiny, with a super small shower, so try to get the big room. The staff were super helpful, even at 4 a.m. Breakfast was very small for hungry hikers, but very, very tasty. You should upgrade to the larger room!

The front desk was helpful. It's a nice small hotel, a bit of a walk from the main attraction, but still walkable.

We had the top room on the fourth floor, with a mountain view. It was spacious and had a kitchen and a TV with Netflix. The included breakfast was above average, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money, recommended.

The breakfast wasn’t great, and it starts too late if you’re heading out early for a trek. The rooms weren’t very clean, and the noise made it feel like sleeping outdoors. Communication was also difficult without Spanish.

The walk into town takes about 10 minutes. I liked it, actually, since it gave us a chance to see a few other parts of town. The hotel was really nice, with friendly staff and a good breakfast.
