The hygiene was honestly awful. The place had mosquitoes and cockroaches, and they offered no solution to deal with the pests. I wouldn't recommend renting a room there.

There is a garage, but it only fits one vehicle, and I don't know whether there's any extra parking. My room was cozy and clean, with a flat-screen TV and cable. The bathroom was clean too, and the shower had both hot and cold water.

The room was cozy, but the TV didn't work properly. In the middle of the night, we also heard a woman vomiting.
