I've been traveling nonstop for the past year and booking hotels through Hotels.com, and this was the only one to ask me to pay 50% upfront to a Peruvian bank account or by card. I explained that my Hotels.com booking was guaranteed by my card, but they refused. I don't feel safe sending money straight to the hotel. If you cancel through Hotels.com, how would you get it back? They had no proper explanation for the request. Such poor service, especially after I'd just booked a reservation with them.

The rooms were clean and had good ventilation, and the staff were really friendly. Everything was great.

I'm a resident of Acora de Menorca, and this place isn't worth staying at. It's full of weirdos and cockroaches.

We had a great stay, with spacious, clean rooms and a pool at a comfortable temperature. The service was excellent throughout. They helped with our luggage and made it easy to order dinner. Breakfast was delicious and served on time. 🤗

The owner refunded one of our two paid days, but her solution was for us to leave early. We thought the offer meant we could stay that day because of all the trouble, but that wasn't the case. We came hoping to enjoy the pool, and the photos make it look appealing. On arrival, we were told it wasn't working and would be ready the next day, right beside our room. We also found a very disgusting spoonful in the bathroom and had to change rooms. The next day, the relaxation pool still wasn't ready, and there was no solution when we said we wanted an afternoon by the pool. The furniture there was very dusty, so we had a terrible time. I really wouldn't recommend this place for a vacation. It just made the trip unpleasant.
