Booking was a hassle. I asked questions and tried to reserve through WhatsApp, but they didn't give clear information or answer me. I only managed to book after going there in person. The double room cost 70 soles, which isn't cheap, and it wasn't clean when I arrived. They did clean it after I asked.
The receptionist was excellent, and the location is really convenient, with restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The room was average, but reasonably priced. It's no luxury hotel, though it works well if you're in the area to run errands.
The price was just right and what they provide is great. The bathroom was fine, too. It's close to restaurants and the main avenue. I loved it.
I'd recommend this as a good place to stay when you're visiting Ica.
They change the sheets and towels every day, and clean the room daily. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and there was TV service. Excellent.
