The room was a great deal, especially with AC and its spot near the river, a plaza, Los Portales market, and plenty of tour agencies. The shower needs some maintenance, though, and there wasn't a hairdryer.

I was here for a month, and the place stayed clean the whole time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast came with juice and coffee. Hot water was always available, with good pressure most of the time. The cable TV helped on rainy days, while the cold AC was a lifesaver in the humid heat.

Victor, the administrator, picked us up from the airport at night and arranged two fantastic jungle guides for us. He also pointed us to a delicious restaurant down the street. Milagros at the front desk was always kind, smiling, and ready to help. We spent three nights here, had delicious breakfasts, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. They dropped us back at the airport, too. It's not a five-star hotel, but the service felt that good. We were looked after from the start, and I definitely recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again.

We couldn't find the airport shuttle at the airport, and after we messaged, nobody gave us instructions. Both rooms had a horrendous smell coming from the fridge. Breakfast wasn't great either.

We came back here a couple of times because it was good value. The shower was good, and the rooms were reasonably quiet. A free airport transfer was a great extra.
